Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physiotherapist specializing in Neuro and Paediatric care with NDT Certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a passion for patient rehabilitation, and the ability to work with children and adults with neurological disorders. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement effective physiotherapy treatment programs for patients with neurological and paediatric conditions. Utilize Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) techniques to improve motor skills, movement, and coordination in children and adults. Conduct individualized therapy sessions, setting clear goals and monitoring patient progress. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and doctors to provide holistic care. Educate patients and their families on exercise routines, safety measures, and rehabilitation plans. Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment modifications. Evaluate and recommend assistive devices and equipment to enhance mobility and independence. Participate in awareness programs, community outreach, and training sessions. Ensure compliance with clinical policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines. Qualifications and Skills: Master’s Degree (MPT) in Neuro/Paediatric Physiotherapy from a recognized institution. NDT (Neuro-Developmental Treatment) Certification is mandatory. 4 to 5 years of clinical experience in neuro and paediatric physiotherapy. Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation protocols, and patient assessment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy, patience, and the ability to work effectively with children and families. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Proficient in-patient documentation and reporting. Preferred Skills: Experience in community-based rehabilitation programs. Knowledge of early intervention strategies. Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive equipment.
