Job Description

Support the scale-up, production and technical transfer of pharmaceutical products. Support management of plant and process areas. Support installation, validation, maintenance and cleaning of equipment as required. Demonstrate the highest level of safety and consideration for working in the pilot plant Maintain clear and concise records of the pilot plant operations Working both independently and collaboratively to accomplish objectives Building, operating, and maintaining laboratory and pilot scale equipment Working with various chemicals and hydrocarbons Have basic knowledge of most of the processing equipment in the pilot plant in terms of set up, operation and clean up, and demonstrate expertise in at least one area to support the needs of the business units Support product developers and scientist for all B/U Ensuring pilot plant is maintained to an appropriate standard Ability to execute designed experiments troubleshoot and make corrections during experimentation Utilize and demonstrate process knowledge and skills to make improvements in pilot plant performance and operating discipline Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, collaboration, and organizational skills
