The role involves inspecting plastic parts visually and dimensionally, identifying defects, ensuring they meet quality standards, and preparing inspection reports. You will use measuring tools like Vernier callipers, micrometres, and gauges, and follow inspection checklists to maintain product quality.Key Responsibilities:Inspect plastic parts as per drawings and standardsUse quality instruments to measure and record dataIdentify defects like warping, shrinkage, or surface issuesMaintain inspection records and daily reportsCoordinate with production for quality improvementsEnsure compliance with company quality proceduresCandidate Profile:Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Plastic/AutomobileExperience: 6 Months TO 5 years in quality inspection of plastic components (freshers with knowledge may also apply)Knowledge of measuring instruments and visual inspectionBasic understanding of quality systems Attention to detail, team player, and willingness to work in shiftsSalary: Best in industry + Lunch provided
