Job Description

Role & responsibilities To develop & create following in Process Design department for the Steam Turbine & their auxiliary equipment in Power Plant: - Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) - Valve selection and specification, - Static and rotary equipment specification - Pipe sizing and specification Terminal point specification/Design data Prepare P&ID associated with internal and customer documentation i.e. terminal points, Piping Line, Valve Sheet, Equipment sheet, pipe list, Instrument sheet etc. Coordinate with internal department to collect, control all necessary inputs. Participate in technical meetings and clarification/negotiations with the Technical manager/customer/Supplier Cooperate with external engineering companies Working with Global team players Preferred candidate profile Knowledge & excellent hand on experience of working in Autocad Knowledge of COMOS software environment Knowledge of Power Plant process, internal construction & functional detail on steam turbine and machine hall scope i.e. Steam Turbine, Generator, Gearbox, condenser, heaters, valves, piping, VSC/GSC, Ejectors, vacuum system, Lube oil System, pumps etc. Knowledge of plant functional description Knowledge of relevant Piping Standards/Codes/Clauses to be referred i.e. ANSI, ASME, EN, etc. Knowledge of instrumentation, actuators etc. Knowledge of different type of valves, control valve, bypasses along with their usage, cost & application Knowledge of cooling water, instrument/service air, drain cycle along with their applications Interested candidates please share resumes at monika@globaltalent.co.in or at 7906440472
