Piping Stress Engineer

Job Description

Job role : Stress analysis : Using specialized software to analyse stresses in piping systems and ensure structural integrity preferably CESARII and AUTOPIPE Design : Creating piping layouts that can handle mechanical loads and thermal expansions , Hand on experience : with piping analysis using Inter and External bellows for jacketed piping. Experience in Cryogenic piping analysis is plus Compliance : Ensuring that designs meet ASME And EN code requirements like ASME B31.3 , B31.4 , EN 13480 Quality and schedule : Managing the quality and schedule of piping stress analysis tasks Documentation : Reviewing client technical documentation and requirements , reports from Software , reports on Calculations Specifications : Issuing project piping stress specifications and critical lines lists Calculations : Performing calculations of critical piping networks Loads : Issuing loads to allow the design of pipe-rack and foundations Technical evaluation : Issuing technical bid evaluation for all piping supports components offers Pipe loading information : Providing pipe loading information to Civil/Structure High pipe loads : Resolving high pipe loads on equipment nozzles and high secondary stresses in piping Interested ones are requested to please share their updated CVs to careers@cryogasindustries.com or connect at 7228024416
