Position: Lead Piping Stress Engineer Work Location: Bangalore, India Education: B.E / B.Tech Experience: 8+ Years of Experience Job Description: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Piping Stress Analysis and EPC Projects. Should have experience in leading a team. A pipe stress engineer with hands on experience in Various Oil & Gas Jobs, Power Plant Jobs, LNG Jobs, Process Plants, FMCG & Pharm Units. Should have hands on experience in Piping Stress Analysis. Prepare project design basis for stress analysis. Prepare stress critical line list. Execute stress analysis using CAESAR software. Prepare stress reports for project deliverable format. Mark up stress related data (routing changes, support location & types, etc.,) on isometrics for updation in 3D modelling. Prepare piping load summary as input for Civil/Structural design. Sound Knowledge of Codes and standards. Should be good at preparing stress reports, Checking stress ISOs , Spring Data sheets, Special support requirements and related activities. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
