Role Overview: As the P&L Owner for Cultpass Pro—with a specific focus on Cult Neo branded centers—you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence in a high-velocity, dynamic business segment. This role demands strategic thinking, strong execution, customer obsession, and an ability to lead cross-functional teams through continuous iteration and scale. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End P&L Ownership: Drive the overall business performance of Cultpass Pro, with a deeper focus on Cult Neo centers. Expansion Strategy & Execution: Determine where, how, and when to expand the Cult Neo footprint, including full lifecycle ownership from planning to delivery. Revenue Delivery & Planning: Own daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets; ensure consistent achievement through robust planning and execution. Unit Economics Improvement: Identify and implement revenue enhancement levers. Optimize capex and opex to drive efficiency and profitability. Product & Experience Evolution: Continuously improve the customer experience and Net Promoter Score (NPS) through product innovations and operational enhancements. Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive alignment and execution across functions such as operations, product, finance, and marketing. Market Sensing & Capability Building: Stay attuned to market trends, customer needs, and competition to shape strategy around pricing, LTV, cost structures, and franchise model design. Core Competencies: Structured Planning & Analytical Thinking: Ability to work with data and build short-, mid-, and long-term business plans. Customer-Centric Business Design: Translate insights into product and pricing strategies that balance customer value with strong unit economics. Market Insight & Expansion Planning: Use data and competitive intelligence to inform and drive location and format expansion.
