Job Title : Placement Executive Location: S.P. Ring Road, Opp. Vraj Gardens, Ahmedabad – 380058 CTC: ₹2.50–₹3.00 LPA (Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.) Open to: Male & Female candidates About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Executive to join our team and drive placement and internship opportunities for our students. This role involves strong industry networking, data analysis, and relationship building with corporate partners. Key Responsibilities: Identify and build relationships with new companies for student placements & internships Conduct market research based on student specializations Align student profiles with relevant industry roles Develop and maintain a robust employer network across India Connect and coordinate with HR professionals and corporate heads Manage and update databases of companies and student records Generate timely reports and maintain placement dashboards Design effective processes, templates, and reports for placement activities Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or the education industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to network and build professional connections Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint , V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, and general MS Office Comfortable with sourcing data from platforms like LinkedIn , Google , and company websites Graduate or Post-Graduate from a recognized university Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred) Placement Executive: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Preferred) Work Location: In person
