The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving placement outcomes and building strong industry and institutional linkages to enhance student employability. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and annual placement targets Organize Job Utsavs and job drives across the state Collaborate with industries and companies to build hiring partnerships Coordinate with government bodies for strategic tie-ups Connect with colleges and institutions to host recruitment events Strengthen employer-student linkages to improve placement opportunities Eligibility Criteria: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong network with corporates and government sectors Prior experience in placement-related activities Proficient in MS Office and digital tools Ability and willingness to travel across Maharashtra Mode: Full-time, Work from Office If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of students through impactful placement initiatives, we’d love to hear from you!
