Job Opportunity: Sr. Manager / Manager / Deputy Manager-Placement at ITM University Location : Uparwara Gaon, Atal Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh Working Days : 6 days a week (Last Saturday of the month off) Shift : General 7-hour shift Pickup & Drop : Bus service available About the Organization : ITM University (Visit: www.itmuniversity.org) Contact : Email : raipurhr@itmuniversity.org or careers@itmuniversity.org Phone : 9109110154 (Shilpa Varma) Key Benefits : 3 Paid Leaves per month Provident Fund (PF) Mediclaim Gratuity Required Candidate Profile : Flexible and adaptable Positive attitude Strong communication skills Job Responsibilities : Drive campus placements for students across various graduate programs Develop and maintain a database of key industry contacts (Recruitment Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, etc.) to facilitate student placements Achieve placement, PPO, and internship targets for students across multiple programs Oversee the full placement process, from bringing companies on board to managing logistics for on-campus and off-campus interviews Build deeper corporate relationships by organizing guest lectures, workshops, seminars, and other corporate events Engage corporates not only for placements but also for opportunities in executive education and other university programs Work closely with the Student Recruitment team, particularly during orientation sessions Develop and execute placement strategies Ensure soft skills training, grooming, and personality development for students Maintain placement records, including MIS, offer letters, and reports Conduct placement audits as required Manage alumni relations and team leadership (for senior roles)
