Dear All, Greetings from Rain Cements Ltd (Priya Cement) We have an opening for Planning & Design Manager (Projects) Job Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad Job description: Rain Cements, a thirty-nine-year-old company headquartered in Hyderabad and known for manufacturing and marketing Priya Cement, is looking for an experienced Planning & Design Manager (Projects) , who will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring that the project objectives are met within the specified timeline and budget, for our cement units i.e. capacity expansion brownfield project at its plant in Unit 1: Ramapuram, Mellacheruvu (M), Suryapet (D), Telangana and Unit.2. Nandyal Dist., A.P. and New cement project (Greenfield) at Ramai Village, Adilabad Dist., Telangana. Responsibilities: Developing project schedules and timelines, tracking project progress and updating schedules accordingly Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation plans Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met Analyzing project data and providing recommendations for improvements Preparing reports and presentations for project stakeholders Ensuring that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date Participating in project meetings and providing updates on project status Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards Managing project resources effectively. Lead the design and analysis of structural systems, ensuring they meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive design solutions. Conduct thorough reviews of design documentation and provide technical guidance to junior designers and engineers. Utilize advanced software tools to model and simulate structural behavior, optimizing designs for performance and cost. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all design milestones are met efficiently. Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design processes and methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field Aged between 35 to 45 years. 10+ years of experience in structural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects Proven work experience as a Planning Engineer or a similar role Good knowledge of project management software and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in design softwares. Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations Good knowledge of construction and engineering principles Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Fluency in Telugu and English Perks and Benefits Emoluments will be at par with the best in Industry.
