PRA India Private Limited is hiring for Engineer/Senior Engineer Planning and Monitoring for Raipur Chhattisgarh Head Office. Candidate must have a relevant experience in Highway,Railway,Building and Bridge Projects. Roles and Responsibilities Develop project schedules using Primavera P6 and MSP software. Create detailed project plans, including resource allocation and timelines. Conduct regular monitoring of projects to ensure progress against plan. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Provide accurate billing engineering services for clients. Responsible for Preparing MPR,DPR,WPR. Project Planning and scheduling & Preparing MIS reports. Preparing Subcontract and Client Billing. Desired Candidate Profile 5-8 years of experience in planning engineering or related field (civil engineering background preferred). Strong knowledge of MS Project scheduling tools (Primavera) and ability to create complex schedules. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
