Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using MS Project . Create and review project drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD . Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution as per schedule. Prepare and track project timelines, milestones, and progress reports. Identify project risks and suggest mitigation strategies. Ensure resource planning and material management for smooth project execution. Work closely with architects, contractors, and consultants to align project timelines. Analyze project delays and provide corrective action plans. Prepare periodic reports for management on project performance and progress. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing and design modifications. Strong knowledge of project planning tools like MS Project . Experience in real estate, construction Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.
