Role & responsibilities Planning & Scheduling Project Scheduling Developing detailed plans to ensure timely completion. Resource Allocation Managing materials, labor, and equipment efficiently. Progress Monitoring β Tracking project milestones and resolving delays. Billing & Cost Control BOQ & Estimation β Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates. Payment Certification β Checking contractor bills and certifying payments. Cost Optimization β Identifying areas to minimize expenses without compromising quality. Documentation & Reporting Budgeting β Preparing financial reports and forecasting expenses. Contract Management β Handling agreements, claims, and variation orders. MIS Reports β Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management. Coordination & Compliance Stakeholder Communication β Collaborating with clients, contractors, and vendors. Regulatory Adherence β Ensuring projects comply with legal and environmental standards. Risk Assessment β Identifying financial and scheduling risks and proposing solutions. Preferred candidate profile Woman - Language Known: Tamil/ English/ Hindi (Preferably)
