Experienced and dynamic Planning Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of 15 floors commercial building at NB-3 Noida, Sector 144. The candidate should have a strong background in Project Planning role. Role & Responsibilities In-depth knowledge & exposure to Primavera/MSP on Project Scheduling & Tracking and Delay Analysis. Preparing Budget & Cash Flow Statements and tracking the Achievement status weekly basis. Preparing Presentations for Management Review Meetings and Performance Review Meetings. Coordination of Key Projects for Procurement & Resource Planning for timely completion of projects. Ensure timely procurement of major long lead items and fast-moving items through effective planning. Responsible for preparing Monthly Material Requirement Schedules for the project periodically. Preparation of MIS reports including DPR, WPR, MPR for Site office & Head Office Management. Coordinate with Project Coordinators, Project Managers and Site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with in a timely manner. Preparation of Schedules for each activity. Preparation of Project Execution Plan (PEP) for the project. Preferred candidate profile Should be B.Tech / B.E Civil 12-15 yrs. of experience. Master's in construction management would be preferred (NICMAR or any). Should have worked with reputed organizations in project / office positions. Must have experience in Planning for High Rise Commercial / Residential Projects. Must possess excellent soft skills, should also be technically strong & multi-tasking. Strong Knowledge of MSP / Primavera is an essential. SAP Working and knowledge will be an added advantage.
