Job Description

Oversee all aspects of the copper plant operations to ensure smooth running and achieve production targets, Yield improvements, implement cost reduction strategies etc. Development of new copper alloys / variants to meet market requirements. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and optimize production Coordinate and manage the workflow, resources, and equipment to meet production schedules Monitor and analyse plant performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety in the plant. Ensure and comply with Statutory requirements, familiarity with Factories Act, PF & ESIC Acts, Payment of Bonus act. Liasoning with local panchayat, municipal bodies etc to handle local issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational issues and implement process improvements Manage and develop a team of plant personnel, including training, performance evaluation, and mentoring Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Monitor and manage plant budgets and expenses to meet financial targets Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
