Plant Head Manufacturing Key Responsibilities Responsible for overall operations of the Manufacturing Plant involved in Precision Steel fabrication Job involves achieving high levels of productivity and quality Should have good knowledge and ability to implement Lean manufacturing and other productivity improvement systems. Understand Customers Demands and ensure on time delivery and good quality products as committed. Ensure timely and proper completion of all the project and new product development activities. Candidate Profile: Incumbent should be DME / B.E Mech with 20+ years experience in manufacturing Should have handled a manufacturing plant with 100+ employees, independently for min of 3 years Should have strong managerial and execution skills Must have a high level understanding of customers technical & functional requirements for ensuring an acceptable quality level. Also must possess a high degree of networking skill to develop new business and build and nurture long-term customers loyalty. Adherence to Environment, Health and Safety norms
