Job Description - Plant Head (Fabrication) Skills must be in Pre Engineered Building (PEB) The Plant Head will be responsible for heading the manufacturing of the unit all functions. - Responsible for the plant Operations comprising of Mechanical, Electrical Maintenance, Quality Assurance, IR, Commercial and Project activities. - To ensure that the desired output from plant is achieved at optimal cost, time and quality. - To ensure that all quality and Safety, Health and Environment parameters are met and adhered to. - Employee relations, motivation and team leadership, manpower planning, training & development with respect to plant. Manage all stages of the fabrication process, from initial planning to final installation. This includes scheduling, resourcing, and ensuring projects stay within budget. Quality control, Ensure all fabricated items meet the design specifications and quality standards of the firm and the client.
