Plant Head- Polymer Compounds

Job Description

1. Streamline operations to reduce waste, improve productivity, and minimize costs. Continuously assess and improve operational procedures and workflows. 2. Supervise, mentor, and train production teams or department staff. Ensure proper staffing and workforce allocation based on demand. Lead performance reviews and manage employee relations. 3. Oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products. Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure raw material availability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess output and quality. 4. Develop and manage operational budgets. Monitor and control production costs and operating expenses. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or efficiency. 5.Ensure all products and processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with quality assurance teams to resolve any production issues. Maintain health and safety standards within the plant. Candidates from the Polymer/Plastic Granules industry will be preferred.
