#Urgent Hiring Designation- Plant Head-Structure (Steel) Exp-Min 10 years Location-Durgapur Qualification- Min B. Tech Mechanical Role & responsibilities Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations in Plant Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams. Should be able to manage safety aspects at the site. Ability to assess the requirements of Tools and Tackles Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus. Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities and according to monthly plan. Ensure Production cost is within the Planned Production Cost indicated for the Project. Ensure Welding and Painting is of the highest quality of the Material Fabricated Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions. Create documentation protocols and ensure that all records of operations are properly maintained and reviewed. Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all AIPL guidelines. Share a trusting relationship with work group and manage and develop plant staff. Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime. Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time dispatches. Prepare budgets using various forecasting models.
