Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle grievances from employees, unions, or other stakeholders in a fair and timely manner. Oversee canteen management, including food safety, quality control, and inventory management. Ensure effective factory administration by managing day-to-day operations efficiently. Coordinate transportation logistics for plant operations. Ensure effective transportation management, coordinating logistics, and scheduling transportation for plant operations. Implement security measures to maintain a safe working environment at the plant. Additional Information: 10-15 years of experience in HR & Admin role in an auto components industry. Bachelor's degree in relevant field (B.B.A/ B.M.S or MBA/PGDM). Strong understanding of contract labour management, grievance handling, industrial relations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
