Roles and Responsibilities Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with Contract Labour Act and other relevant laws. Oversee factory HR operations, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and employee relations. Ensure effective implementation of labor laws such as Factory Act, Labor Welfare Fund, and PF & ESIC regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees through regular communication and engagement activities. Identify areas for improvement in plant HR processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.
