Job Description: Chhattisgarh Distilleries Limited (CDL) is looking for skilled Grain Handling Plant Operators to manage and maintain sophisticated machinery at our advanced processing facility. The ideal candidates should have experience operating color sorters, milling machines, plansifters, sifters, conveyors, and other grain processing equipment to ensure smooth plant operations and maximum efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor colour sorters, milling machines, plansifters, sifters, and conveyors to ensure continuous and efficient processing. Adjust machine settings to optimize product quality, minimize losses, and maintain production efficiency . Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance. Perform quality checks to ensure the processed grain meets required specifications. Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to the supervisor. Adhere to SOPs, safety regulations, and hygiene protocols to maintain a high-standard work environment. Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams for continuous process improvement. Requirements: 3-8 years of experience in operating grain processing equipment (color sorter, milling machines, plansifter, etc.). Strong knowledge of machine operations, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance . Experience working with automated processing systems is an advantage. Ability to work in rotational shifts and in an industrial environment. Commitment to safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency .
