PLATE & BAR PLATE CORE ASSEMBLER Key Responsibilities: Assembly & Production: Assemble plate and bar cores according to technical drawings and work instructions. Align and position plates, bars, and fins accurately using jigs, fixtures, or templates. Operate hand tools, presses, and other machinery to secure parts in place. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Quality Control: Inspect components for defects before assembly. Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments such as calipers & Measuring Tape. Perform final checks to ensure assembled cores meet quality and safety standards. Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and production standards. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions. Documentation & Reporting: Record production data and report any deviations or defects. Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: 10+2/ ITI diploma or equivalent (preferred). Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferred). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. Basic mechanical skills and proficiency with hand tools. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets. Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods. Lifting and moving materials (typically 15-25 KGS). Exposure to heat& noise
