Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: - Immediate joiners only Job Description: Platform engineer administers the BORP platform - the visualization and Business Intelligence platform that uses SAP Business Objects technology and the Workiva SaaS platform, focusing primarily on the technical aspects of it. In-depth knowledge and expertise of how SAP Business Objects works, what its process are is essential. Intermediate knowledge and expertise in Workiva administration are required. List of Key Responsibilities:For BORP side: Maintaining the BORP platform in scope and keeping it up and running according to SLATroubleshooting system environmental issuesSupporting technical projects implementationWorking on upgrades and implementation of required changesProviding guidance and training to users as requiredCollaborating on required documentation to ensure new solutions are smoothly being transitioned into regular operationMonitoring usage of the platforms using defined monitoring metrics and KPIsAutomating operation activities to simplify platform supportCreating and keeping updated documentation about the platforms and the security model of the platformsCollaborating with audit and compliance execution activitiesFor Workiva side: Maintaining and monitoring the Workiva platform within scope and ensuring it operates according to SLA.Troubleshooting system issues with the Workiva support team.Supporting the implementation of technical projects, including mostly the new connections and any related technical requirements.Collaborating on audit and compliance execution activities.Implementing required changes.Creating and maintaining updated documentation about the platforms.
