Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a PLC Programmer at ALEB Automation located in Chennai. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to PLC Programming, HMI Programming, Machine functional checks and Documenting of daily tasks. This includes installing, configuring, commissioning, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing products at a site level. This role will interface directly with Customers & end customers, R&D, Sales and various levels of management in an effort to manage, install and/or resolve the problems of product performance issues and user quality improvements. Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for various industrial automation applications. Analyze and troubleshoot PLC systems to identify and resolve issues. Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs and systems. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure the successful integration of PLC systems into larger projects. Stay up-to-date on the latest PLC technologies and trends. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Minimum of 2 years of experience in PLC programming and development tire industries or related field Proficiency in PLC programming software (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi) Strong understanding of PLC hardware and software, including ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text. Working Hours: - Normal hours of work would be 8 hours/day. Hours may vary and will require evening and weekend work as directed by the company Needs.
