PLSQL Developer

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated PLSQL Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in PLSQL, Informatica, and ETL tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database management and data integration concepts, and will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining PLSQL code, ETL processes, and Informatica workflows to support business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize complex PLSQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support database operations and business logic. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create technical specifications for ETL processes and data pipelines. Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica PowerCenter or similar ETL tools. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and performance. Write and maintain technical documentation for all database objects and ETL processes. Perform database tuning and query optimization for improved performance. Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure efficient data flow through the ETL pipelines. Work closely with data architects and business analysts to design data models and reporting solutions. Participate in code reviews, maintain best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of the ETL development process. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in PLSQL development, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers. Solid experience with Informatica PowerCenter or other ETL tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Strong understanding of relational database concepts and experience with Oracle databases. Experience in data warehousing and ETL development life cycle. Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques for PLSQL and ETL processes. Familiarity with data integration and data quality principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision. Strong communication and documentation skills.
