Job Description

Job Title: PL/SQL QA Tester Location: 100% Remote Job Type: Full time Contract Duration: Long term (Kickoff with 12 Months) Responsibilities: Test core components of the Data Warehouse manually, ensuring high-quality standards. Understand and test backend procedures/packages to perform frontend dashboard validations effectively and comprehensively. Validate Tableau dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Execute testing processes covering all scenarios to ensure data integrity and optimal functionality. Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve test coverage. Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in PL/SQL: Strong experience with procedures, packages (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). Dashboard Testing Expertise: Extensive experience in Tableau dashboard testing and report validation. Strong Database Knowledge: Familiarity with concepts like data types, tables, views, constraints, sequences, and writing DDL/DMLs. SQL Expertise: Skilled in subqueries, joins, and analytical functions. Performance Tuning: Experience with tools such as Explain Plan, Indexes, and Partitions to optimize performance. PL/SQL Concepts Mastery: Proficient in cursors, loops, functions, procedures, packages, triggers, collections, and error handling. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with testing in a Data Warehouse environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
