Job title- Deputy/ Manger (Plumbing & Fire Fighting) Responsibilities and Duties: Professional and Educational Skills Needed Minimum 8-12 Years in Plumbing & Fire Fighting The incumbent is responsible for managing implementation of Plumbing & Fire Fighting services in a project to ensure timeliness and quality of Plumbing & Fire Fighting activities. This is done through: Tracking, monitoring, and coordinating on-site activities for projects with Project Management Consultants/ MEP contractors. Driving adherence to the project plans, product design and quality norms Timely resolution of issues Implementation of all quality and safety initiatives at given location Knowledge of water supply /drainage system/storm water / Soil waste piping calculation basis Knowledge of Fire requirement and calculation basis Having knowledge of material selection for various systems like water supply, soil waste etc. Will be primarily responsible for coordination within the department and coordination with consultants to meet the delivery timeline. Sizing of mechanical equipment's like STP, WTP, Pipe Dia calculations, fire pump head calculation, sprinkler calculation, water curtain system design and integration with other services. Knowledge of local by-laws requirements in terms of fire system, plumbing system Reading MEP drawings and analyzing MEP tender documents Should have proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of MEP services for plumbing, Fire Fighting, STP, WTP, External Sorm and sewerage work etc. Knowledge of Billing, BOQ preparation/correction with consultant coordination. Education: Diploma / BTech (Preferred) Work Experience: 8-12 years. Location- Sonipat
