Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a PMC-HEAD based in Chennai. The PMC-HEAD will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordinating of production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes. Daily tasks include managing inventory levels, optimizing production schedules, monitoring workflow, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The PMC-HEAD will also collaborate with various departments to streamline operations, resolve production issues, and implement lean manufacturing practices to achieve production goals and improve overall efficiency. Qualifications Experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in using production management software and tools Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Experience in the injection molding industry is a plus Show more Show less
