PMO Analyst - Enterprise & EPC

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor project progress against established schedules, budgets, and performance metrics. Coordinate with different teams to track and report on key project milestones, identifying potential risks and deviations. Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, reports, and billing cycle. Data Management: Undertake data validation and cleansing to ensure data quality. Consolidate, validate, and reconcile data from various sources. Organize and manage data for reporting and analysis. Reporting, Analysis & Communication: Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyse data to identify trends and patterns. Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, including project managers, senior management, and clients. Facilitate effective communication among project teams, contractors, and suppliers. Organize and coordinate project meetings, ensuring accurate recording of minutes and action items. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, permits and Customer Billing. Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance and compliance procedures. Preferred candidate profile Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Project lifecycles Knowledge of data management principles and practices. Strong understanding of MIS systems and databases. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel,Word and Power point).
