Experience: : 3-4 years Qualifications: Technical Graduate/BE/MCA in Computer Science Certification: Certification in Data Management or related field (preferred) Employment Type: Permanent About the Role As a PMO Analyst at SKO Systems, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project delivery and operations. You will assist in resource alignment, budget tracking, milestone updates, and effective stakeholder communication. What You Will Be Doing Project Support: Facilitate resource alignment, budget tracking, and milestone updates. Analyze project data and prepare status reports for stakeholders. Support risk identification and resolution planning. Ensure governance and support for programmes and projects. Communication Coordination: Develop internal/external communication strategies. Prepare consultation materials, reports, and stakeholder briefings. Track and manage actions from meetings. Operational Efficiency: Raise invoices upon milestone completion and confirm payments. Prepare analytical data and presentations for business leads. Suggest process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency. What You Will Need 3 4 years of experience in project management or operations. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and presentation. Strong understanding of governance and programme/project management principles. Excellent English communication skills. Added Bonus If You Have Experience with advanced data analytics.
