Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Lead to oversee IT portfolio projects in the FMCG industry, ensuring strategic alignment, governance, and successful execution of technology initiatives. This critical mid level role requires strong collaboration and influence to drive senior stakeholders and ensure IT projects are executed with excellence. The PMO Lead will be responsible for governance, documentation, vendor management, Agile project delivery, and ensuring all commercial and contractual obligations are met. Key Responsibilities: PMO Lead & IT Portfolio Management: Lead and govern IT portfolio projects, ensuring structured execution, adherence to organizational objectives, and alignment with business strategy. Agile & Project Delivery: Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project execution, improve team collaboration, and ensure iterative, value-driven deliveries. Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards. Oversee change management processes for IT initiatives. Stakeholder & Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the CIO, international partners, and senior business leaders to align IT initiatives with business needs and present key updates. Vendor & Partner Management: Manage IT vendors, ensuring timely updates, reports, and contract adherence. Monitor vendor performance and drive accountability in service delivery. Steering Committee & Reporting: Arrange and lead steering committee meetings, track project progress, and ensure structured reporting for leadership teams. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Define, track, and report key performance metrics related to IT projects and PMO activities to ensure visibility and continuous improvement. Documentation & Contract Oversight: Maintain and manage documentation, agreements, and repositories, ensuring commercial contracts (SLAs, MSAs) are properly tracked and executed. Power BI & Reporting: Oversee the preparation of dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data-driven decision-making and project transparency. Presentation & Communication: Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for the CIO, international partners, and senior leadership, ensuring clear and strategic communication of project updates and IT governance. Qualifications & Experience: 7+ years of experience in IT project and portfolio management, specifically in the IT/FMCG industry. Strong experience in PMO governance, stakeholder and vendor management, contractual oversight, Agile project management, and IT governance. Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Basic technical understanding of IT systems, ERP, and reporting tools. Strong leadership and collaboration skills to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP), MS Office, Power BI, and SharePoint. Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe Agile certifications are preferred.
