Excellent communication skills (verbal & written both) Having good hands-on knowledge of all operational activities of AIF/ PMS Having good command on all the SEBI compliances for PMS and AIF Opportunity to work with Partner closely on business development of AIF/PMS vertical of the firm Accounting concepts are thorough and can command supervision over fund administrator/ fund accountants Proficient working in Microsoft Excel Soft skills to manage client and team members Ownership of work and attitude of a solving problems work experience in accounts/ compliance/ operations of PMS/AIF field and enthusiasts to keep learning new in this dynamic profile Prepared/ checked working of Management fees, Distributor fees, Performance fees, Bank reconciliation, DP reconciliation
