Job Description

Role Summary Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's performance management framework. Align performance processes with strategic business goals, ensuring transparency, fairness, and a high-performance culture. Serve as a subject matter expert in performance systems, goal-setting, and feedback mechanisms. Key Responsibilities Design and implement a comprehensive Performance Management System (PMS) aligned with organizational objectives. Oversee annual goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end performance evaluations across all business units. Collaborate with business leaders to ensure performance metrics are clear, measurable, and role-specific. Lead training and communication campaigns to build PMS awareness and adoption across all levels. Analyze performance data to identify trends, capability gaps, and development needs. Integrate PMS with career development, learning & development, and succession planning initiatives. Continuously improve tools, templates, and processes based on feedback and business requirements. Ensure performance processes align with DEI, compliance, and organizational values. Support calibration sessions and reward-linkage discussions (bonuses, promotions, performance-based incentives). Serve as a key liaison between HRIS/Tech teams and HRBPs for PMS platform configuration and management. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 34 years in a PMS-focused role. Strong knowledge of modern performance management practices and tools. Proven ability to lead PMS cycles end-to-end in a mid-to-large organization. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in driving cultural change and building high-performance environments.
