Role & responsibilities Acceptance of vehicle from Customers• Cross check the Inventory and update• Inform the customer about vehicle receipt.• Conduct Road test with Customers.• Capture Complaints and Open Job Card.• Inform the Estimated amount to customer and obtain Job approval.• Inform additional Job and obtain approval.• Inform the Supervisor about the Complaints and observation• Coordinate with supervisor.• Provide an in time feedback to customer.• Obtain any additional approval required from customer.• Maintain Promised Time delivery.• Capture additional value added Services.• Ensure and Monitor the quality delivery.• Conduct road test if it is required.• Ensure Washing Quality.• Ensure the Inventory• Do Job card Closing and inform the customer about bill amount.• Be on Delivery bay and Deliver the vehicles to Customer.• Ensure 3 rd day PSF.
