Role & responsibilities The Portfolio and Alliances Manager will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships and overseeing a portfolio of business alliances to drive growth and mutual value. The role involves identifying opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring effective implementation to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic alliances to enhance business growth and market reach. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute joint marketing or business initiatives. Monitor the performance of alliances through regular reviews and reporting, ensuring KPIs are met. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to maximize value for both parties. Stay updated on industry trends to identify potential partnerships and competitive opportunities. Resolve conflicts or challenges in partnerships promptly and effectively. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3-5+ years of experience in portfolio management, business development, or strategic partnerships. Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a proven track record in building alliances. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously. Proficiency in project management and CRM tools.
