Job Description

About the Role:- We invite you to be part of the financial services team where we are aiming to create a world class Credit Card program for customers by leveraging the diverse portfolio of consumer brands and its loyal consumers. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the customer lifecycle of Cardholder Base. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Role & Responsibilities Complete ownership of card portfolio to manage end to end customer lifecycle. Develop strategies to grow spends, drive transaction activation, customer retention, Work closely and lead engagement with banking partner to understand the metrics, curate offers and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Drive new initiatives C tactical portfolio offers across different segments Track market developments/ portfolio offers to stay up to date and implement innovative campaigns Curate strategies by tracking and monitoring key business metrics like SPC, active30, attrition%, EMI book, revolve rate etc. Create processes to collect customer feedback and take actions proactively to ensure customer retention and satisfaction Work with banking partner and internal customer support teams to track customer escalations. Preferred Candidate Profile 4-8 years of B2C marketing / B2B alliances experience MBA from Tier - 1 institute Strong presentation, analytical and communication skills are required to negotiate with senior management of external stakeholders Experience of performance driven marketing / handling sales targets Entrepreneurial bent to grow the business grounds-up through alliances, partnerships and marketing
