Location : Ahmedabad Job Type: [Full-time/Contract] Experience Level: 7- 11 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Power BI Architect to design, develop, and optimize business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, data modeling, and analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making. This role requires expertise in Power BI, data integration, and cloud-based data solutions. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement Power BI solutions to meet business intelligence requirements. Develop data models, reports, and dashboards to enhance data-driven decision-making. Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions. Optimize Power BI performance , ensuring high availability and usability. Implement data governance and security policies , including row-level security and role-based access control. Design and maintain ETL processes for integrating data from multiple sources. Leverage DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query to create advanced calculations and transformations. Stay updated with new Power BI features, tools, and best practices . Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to junior team members. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Power BI Architect or similar role. Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query . Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL tools . Knowledge of Azure Data Services (Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake, etc.) is preferred. Experience in data warehousing, data integration, and performance tuning . Understanding of cloud-based BI solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP) . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or similar certification. Experience in big data technologies and AI-driven analytics. Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies .
