Job Title: Power Platform Developer Location: On-Site, Mumbai Experience: 5+ Years Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with 5 or more years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level business applications and automation using Microsoft Power Platform. This includes Power Apps, Power Automate, and integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure services, and external systems. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). - Build robust and efficient workflows using Power Automate to streamline and optimize business processes. - Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure services, Power BI, and external systems using standard and custom connectors. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into functional and scalable technical solutions. - Maintain, troubleshoot and enhance existing Power Platform solutions with a focus on performance and user experience. - Implement security best practices, including role-based access control and data governance measures. - Create clear technical documentation for developed apps, flows, and system architecture. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Stay current with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. Key Skills & Qualifications 1. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate. 2. Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. 3. Hands-on experience with custom connectors and integration with external APIs/systems. 4. Solid knowledge of app development principles and UI/UX best practices. 5. Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs and HTTP connectors. 6. Experience in workflow automation and business process optimization. 7. Understanding of Power Fx and basic coding skills in JavaScript and SQL. 8. Knowledge of security roles, environments and data loss prevention policies. 9. Ability to troubleshoot, debug and optimize app and flow performance. 10. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to document solutions. Preferred Experience - At least 5 years of hands-on experience in building solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. - Proven ability to independently design, build and deploy Power Platform solutions. - Experience working in agile project teams and managing multiple development cycles simultaneously. - Prior work experience in an enterprise IT environment, especially with cross-platform integrations. - Familiarity with Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management and governance.
