Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Engineer with 5 10 years of professional experience in software engineering and solution development. The ideal candidate will bring strong programming expertise, a background in modern software engineering practices, and hands-on experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and CoPilot Studio or agent-based frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable business applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents). Build custom applications using Canvas and Model-Driven Apps , ensuring optimal user experience and performance. Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems using connectors, APIs, and custom plugins. Utilize CoPilot Studio or other agent-based frameworks to implement AI-driven user experiences and automate workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver end-to-end solutions. Maintain high-quality source control using Git and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) . Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, ensuring security and compliance standards are met. Document technical specifications, development processes, and architecture decisions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree (BE/BTECH or MCA) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 5 10 years of professional experience in software development, solution architecture, or platform engineering. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as C#, Python, Java, or C++ . Strong experience in Power Platform , particularly in developing Model-Driven and Canvas Apps . Experience with CoPilot Studio or similar agent/AI frameworks . Solid understanding of Azure DevOps , Git , and CI/CD methodologies.
