The ideal candidate should have 2 to 10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and presentation creation using Excel and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities: Develop and automate Excel-based reports, dashboards, and templates using advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA. Create compelling PowerPoint presentations with advanced design elements, animations, and data visualizations. Perform data analysis, modeling, and trend identification to support business decisions. Collaborate with various teams to gather and interpret data for meaningful insights. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while handling large datasets. Optimize reporting processes for efficiency and scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Advanced Excel Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Data Validation, Power Query, and VBA Macros. Strong PowerPoint skills Ability to create professional and visually engaging presentations. Experience in data visualization and business analytics is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial analysis, MIS reporting, or data analytics is an added advantage. Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
