Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Strategize, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and ABM platforms . Conduct thorough keyword research , audience targeting, and budget planning to ensure optimal ad spend. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS , and continuously optimize campaigns. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking across platforms. Analyze campaign data using Web Analytics tools and generate actionable insights for performance improvement. Lead client communications , including presenting performance reports, recommendations, and campaign roadmaps. Mentor and guide junior team members to build team capability and performance. Identify and troubleshoot issues impacting campaign performance. Contribute to client pitch decks and internal process improvements or productization efforts. Preferred Candidate Profile 4 years of hands-on experience in PPC , preferably in a digital marketing agency . Strong command over Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other biddable media platforms. In-depth understanding of performance marketing principles, bidding strategies , and attribution models. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Strong communication skills both written and verbal for effective client interaction and reporting. Proven experience in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Passion for digital marketing with a constant drive to stay updated on industry trends. Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms . Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Demonstrated leadership experience or potential in managing small performance teams.
