Strategy Development: Design paid media strategies for PPC, Social, Display, and Retargeting campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth. Campaign Management: Se t objectives, define target audiences, and select suitable channels, tactics, and partners. Manage budgets and bids, optimizing campaigns across paid media platforms for performance. Conduct ongoing analysis to maximize ROI. Reporting Communication: T rack and measure online marketing performance against established KPIs. Present campaign performance insights to the Project Management Team for client-specific updates. Communicate strategies and campaign results clearly with stakeholders. Leadership Training: Lead strategic planning sessions and team meetings. Review team deliverables, provide constructive feedback, and train team members for monthly reporting calls. Sales Collaboration: P artner with the sales team to develop PPC proposals for prospective clients. Team Development: Contribut e to building a team of Paid Media Specialists with a strong focus on PPC expertise. Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta platforms. Proven track record of driving successful social paid advertising campaigns. Skills: Deep understanding of campaign planning, optimization, and performance tracking. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
