Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Production & Supply Chain Coordinator to optimize our manufacturing flow. You'll be crucial in ensuring timely production and material availability. Key Responsibilities: Manage production scheduling and machine loading based on product cycle times and order priorities. Coordinate raw material requirements with stores, track availability, and initiate indenting. Monitor raw material consumption against machine loading plans. Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to ensure on-time material receipt and quality control acceptance. Identify and mitigate production plan impacts due to raw material delays, communicating promptly with sales support. Resolve material receipt deviations in coordination with relevant stakeholders. Track and analyze plan vs. actual variances for continuous improvement. Liaise with the production planner to ensure adherence to production schedules. Communicate revised plans and delays to project and sales teams, escalating issues as needed. Oversee order deviation management and ensure timely sharing of packing lists. Coordinate with project and QC teams regarding Third-Party Inspection (TPI) dates.
