The Specialist - PPC will play a crucial role in enhancing LogicLadders digital marketing efforts by developing and executing comprehensive strategies for pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. This position will be responsible for driving engagement, conversions, and brand awareness through these channels. Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to): PPC Advertising: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across search, social, and display platforms Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign reporting Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive ROI Requirements Bachelors degree in marketing, digital advertising, or a related field Proven 2-4 experience in PPC Strong understanding of email marketing automation platforms Strong understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices Experience with keyword research and on-page optimization Strong understanding of user behavior and growth metrics Proven ability to drive user acquisition and retention through product-led strategies Email marketing, web analytics, marketing automation, copywriting, data analysis PPC advertising, data analysis, campaign optimization, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Search engine optimization, content marketing, technical SEO, Google Analytics, data analysis Growth hacking, user research, data analysis, A/B testing, product management Good to have : Experience with CRM systems like Zoho Experience with marketing automation platforms, A/B testing, and email deliverability best practices Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or Facebook Blueprint Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Search Console Experience with product analytics tools, SaaS business models, and agile methodologies
