Job Title: PR and Influencer Marketing Specialist Location: Bandra, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented PR and Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing communications team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience managing public relations campaigns and cultivating influencer partnerships. In this role, youll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, enhance our companys reputation, and drive targeted audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement PR and influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives. Identify appropriate platforms, channels, and influencer partnerships to maximize visibility and ROI. Influencer Outreach & Management Research and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and content creators relevant to our brand and target audience. Negotiate contracts, manage influencer relationships, and track deliverables and performance. Media Relations Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key industry contacts. Write and distribute press releases, pitches, and other media communication materials. Campaign Management & Coordination Oversee end-to-end PR and influencer marketing campaignsfrom planning and budgeting to execution and reporting. Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and social media teams to align campaign messaging and visuals. Content Creation & Storytelling Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling story angles, brand narratives, and campaign materials. Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor and measure campaign results using analytics tools, providing regular reports on KPIs (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions). Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and inform future campaigns. Crisis Communications Assist in managing crisis or emergency PR situations by developing and executing effective communication plans as needed. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in PR, Influencer Marketing, or related communications roles. Education: Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). PR & Influencer Tools: Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., GRIN, Upfluence) and PR software (e.g., Cision, Meltwater). Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including press release writing and pitch development. Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with media contacts, influencers, and other external partners. Analytical Mindset: Comfort with analysing metrics and deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement. Project Management: Capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creativity & Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives and ideate campaign concepts.
