Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Brand marketing Handling Offline and Online marketing activities Planning and executing marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand building Creating and implementing strategies to promote the products Working with the sales team to develop pricing strategies Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Preparing and presenting reports on marketing activities to senior management Managing the production of promotional materials and marketing collateral Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions Collaborating with external agencies and vendors as needed Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitors, and marketing tools Develop new business opportunities through relationship-building with potential clients Identify target markets and segments to focus on for sales growth. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to develop strategies for acquiring new customers. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. Planning and executing PR plans & ground promotional activities Improve the quality of the company s voice via different online and offline channels Serve as a first contact person for all media & customer queries Write press releases, media announcements, speeches and other PR copy Prepare presentations for media briefings and other meetings Provide effective crisis management solutions in times of need Build and maintain targeted media lists and nurture relationships with key reporters (online and offline) Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of Social Media and PR campaigns and communicate insights to management Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in Marketing & Public/Client Relations or related field Strong understanding of B2C/D2C marketing principles and practices. Should be well versed with social media as a consumer and promoter both Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Presentable and Well Spoken
