Job Summary: The Customer Support Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing support throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Process orders, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery.Assist customers in product selection and provide information about our packaging solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns effectively.Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met.Maintain accurate records of orders pendancy, customer interactions, transactions, and feedbackFollow up internally and with suppliers for timely execution of orders without delayQualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, B.Tech. Post Graduation MBA.
