Role & responsibilities Plan and teach fun and simple lessons that help young children learn and grow. Create a friendly and safe classroom where every child feels happy and included. Watch how each child learns and grows, and give them the support they need. Talk to parents regularly about their child's progress and how they can help at home. Use creative methods like stories, songs, art, and games to make learning exciting. Teach basic skills such as numbers, letters, shapes, and colors. Make sure children are safe, healthy, and following good hygiene habits. Be patient, loving, and supportive to each child, making them feel cared for. Work as a team with other teachers and school staff to plan and improve learning. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors degree is mandatory). Experience in teaching young children (nursery to kindergarten) is a plus. Freshers with a passion for teaching and the ability to work with young children are encouraged to apply. Good communication skills, particularly in English. Energetic, enthusiastic, and approachable personality. Positive attitude and genuine love for working with children.
